We are very proud to announce our new premium partner DZ BANK. DZ BANK is the fourth largest bank in Germany with total assets of EUR 387 billion and the central institution for about 900 German cooperative banks and their 11,000 branch offices.

In addition to its function as central bank and as competence centre for

the sector for retail, corporate and capital markets business as well as

transaction banking, DZ BANK also consolidates the specialised providers of

financial services within the sector. Through its mutual fund subsidiary,

Union Investment, DZ BANK has a strong market position in asset management

(Union Investment ranks fourth in Germany in terms of assets under

management). DZ BANK also has strong market positions in the area of home

savings and loans (via Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall which is the domestic

market leader with a 30% market share), transaction banking (the market

leader) and the investment certificates market (the market leader: with

guaranteed retail certificates). DZ BANK also consolidates R+V

Versicherung, the co-operative sector´s insurance company.

 

The Cooperative Banking Sector of Germany with its main central bank DZ

BANK AG comprises more than 1.000 local cooperative banks that service more

than 30 million domestic customers with total assets of EUR 1 trillion. It

is the second-largest financial service group in Germany.
