SpinLab and HHL strengthen ten-year partnership

SpinLab and the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management are expanding their close partnership in their tenth anniversary year and have gained the Mitteldeutsche Stiftung Wissenschaft und Bildung of VNG AG as a strong regional partner.

Together, SpinLab and HHL host a range of initiatives each year, including the "Leipzig Summer School for Diverse Startups" to support underrepresented founders, as well as the HHL SpinLab Investors Day, which brings hundreds of investors from across Europe to Leipzig.

As a new regional partner, the Mitteldeutsche Stiftung Wissenschaft und Bildung of VNG AG supports the cooperation between HHL and SpinLab, recognizing the importance of this partnership for the economic development of the region.

The new phase of the collaboration between HHL and SpinLab was also also acknowledged by Saxony’s Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer: "Only by providing space for new ideas can we continue to strengthen our economic location. This is how we create jobs and remain competitive. SpinLab helps promising startups implement their business ideas. The success of the over 180 supported startups clearly shows that the work being done here is substantial. Projects like the intensified collaboration between SpinLab and HHL are beacons whose influence will have a positive impact on Saxony as an economic location."
