In 2020, we-do.ai participated in the SpinLab accelerator program, becoming the 12th successful exit from our community. Having initially received pre-seed funding from TGFS in 2018, we-do.ai, founded by Dr. Sebastian Hecker and André Naumann, originally served various industries, including real estate and public transportation. By early 2021, under the brand foodcall, the company shifted its focus to the gastronomy sector. Their innovative solution streamlined order and reservation management for restaurants using a seamlessly integrated speech-based chatbot, reducing errors and simplifying operations within POS systems and webshops. This acquisition marks a transition into the real estate industry, aligning with the increasing need for digitalization within this sector. Immoware24, a pioneer in cloud-based property management software for a decade, aims to enhance existing services by incorporating AI/ML-based solutions, revolutionizing interaction between tenants and property management. Leveraging we-do.ai's expertise, Immoware24 anticipates driving forward its strategy by facilitating more efficient processes and improved communication channels for tenants and property managers.
